Bertha ‘Birdie’ Meredith ‘God’s own songbird’

     Bertha “Birdie” Meredith died July 10, 2012.

     Bertha leaves to cherish her memory, loving daughter, Terri Meredith;grandchildren Carrington Hodge and Taijon Martin; great-grandchild, Myah Hodge; siblings: Ruth Miller, Freddie, Carolyn, Evangeline, Angela, Alvin, Derrick, Melzee, Kathryn and Delisa Odomes and a host of other relatives and friends.

     A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Northwest Federated Woman’s Club (NFWC) 2161 N.W. 19 St., Fort Lauderdale, Fla. “God’s own songbird called to bring melodies to heaven.”
