FORT LAUDERDALE, FL– April 29, 2017, 7 p.m. Westin Cypress Creek, 400 Corporate Dr., Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The Zeta Alpha Lambda Educational Foundation will host its 40th Annual Men of Tomorrow Banquet.  Bro. Albert E. Dotson, Jr., Chairman Emeritus of 100 Black Men of America, Inc., will be the keynote speaker. The Banquet will show case the talent and educational goals of some of Broward County’s top students.  The Foundation is excited about showcasing the talents of these young adults as well as the words of wisdom from our guest speaker.

For nearly 40 years, the Go-To-High School, Go-To-College “Men of Tomorrow” Program has mentored and challenged young men to get a quality high school education and then earn a college degree. The program has also coordinated interactive workshops on personal responsibility, etiquette, financial aid, college preparation, entrepreneurship, African American History, law enforcement, and other relevant topics.

As a 501(c) (3) charitable organization, The Alpha Phi Alpha, Zeta Alpha Lambda Chapter Educational and Charitable Foundation, Inc., is focused on awarding financial scholarships to deserving high school seniors. The financial support enables many graduating seniors to help pay for their educational expenses while earning their college degrees. In the end, they have become better equipped to make a positive contribution in their chosen professions and community.

We are asking the community to support the banquet and to click on the above link to purchase tickets and assist in out scholarship efforts. For more information contact Kirkland Floyd at (954) 592-9817.
