According to Smart Asset data, to live comfortably in the United States requires an income ranging between $80,000 to $187,000 depending on family size which means at least half the Black population are living very uncomfortable lives.
The latest results from the Federal Reserve Board Survey of Consumer Finances shows Blacks were last in median income ($49,000) and last in median net worth ($36,000). These results take into account the approximately 1.79 to 2 million Black millionaires and the 14 to 17 Black billionaires.
By allowing this to persist, it’s obvious political party leaders don’t care the majority of Blacks are last in median income and median net worth. They manage Blacks like children in a K-12 public school district by seeing Black billionaires and millionaires as a Magnet school disconnected from the under performing school occupied with low median income and low net worth Blacks.
This model keeps the Black majority uncomfortable and in last place.
