“Truist’s commitment to the Chamber has been unmatched,” said the Chamber’s President, Shaheewa Jarrett Gelin, Esq. “This grant demonstrates the dedication Truist has to helping the most vulnerable businesses in our community, as they prepare to be better and stronger companies than they were before the pandemic,” she continued.
The Broward County Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation was founded in 2017 and is dedicated to creating economically healthy communities through entrepreneurship, financial literacy education and technical assistance. This grant will enable the Chamber to reach businesses across the county and to have an impact that will be felt for years to come.
The Chamber is very grateful for Truist’s contribution and long-term partnership.
