A few weeks ago, my eighth grade English class read a book called Old Man and the Sea, written by Ernest Hemingway. The story is about an older man, who hasn’t caught any fish for a couple of months and is starting to become poor.

Eventually, he catches a huge fish, but on that journey he encounters many troubles.

I suggest older people read this story because it has many life meanings that you may like. If you are younger, you can read this book, but it may not be very enjoyable because the book uses lots of figurative language and high vocabulary.

In conclusion, I think you should read this book if you enjoy reading books that include life lessons.
