Dorian Smith, MSW, MBA, and Michael Watson, MBA, have joined the leadership team of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County as Vice President of Development and Vice President of Programs, respectively. These new positions reflect the growth and impact of the nonprofit’s mission to ignite the power and promise of youth by establishing professionally supported mentoring relationships.
