Petty Officer 2nd Class Justene Patch, nephew of Denise Madden, a resident of Coral Springs, Florida, recently received the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) insignia serving aboard the U.S. Navy warship, USS Halsey, operating out of San Diego, California.
