Tiger Woods not responsible for employee’s irresponsibility

A Palm Beach Post article by Julius Whigham, Tiger Woods, girlfriend named in suit death of restaurant employee, stated, “Golfer Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, Eric Herman have been named in a wrongful death lawsuit alleging that an employee [Nicholas F. Immesberger] at

Woods restaurant was served excessive amounts of alcohol prior to the employee’s death in a car crash in December…Immesberger drank to the point of severe intoxication before being allowed to drive home, the lawsuit alleged.”

Blaming Tiger Woods for the death of Immesberger is like blaming Lois Lane for Superman’s weakness around Kryptonite.  Driving under the influence and drunkenness is endemic to White folk. According to 2017 FBI arrest data, Whites account for over 81 percent of driving under the influence arrests and over 73 percent of drunkenness arrests.

Therefore, instead of filing frivolous lawsuits, Whites must take personal responsibility for their behavior, recognize their weakness for alcohol, and not over overindulge.
