It’s beyond comprehension that former president Trump, indicted on felony charges for attempting to overturn the 2020 election results, is receiving treatment as though he’s entitled to presidential white privileges. One could easily conclude that this current felony charge is more egregious than had he faced charges of first-degree murder or as an accomplice to Jeffery Epstein. Despite displaying narcissism and exploiting unconstitutional white privileges, he’s spreading filthy lies as contemptible as filthy flies.
One should note that there might be a correlation between Trump’s filthy lies and flies. Reverso Dictionary defines filthy lies as an idiom, meaning “full of filth; very dirty, obscene, unpleasant, and vicious.
Filthy flies breed in garbage/ feces, seeking unpleasant odors and food. Trump’s speeches filled with filthy lies about Black people, immigrants, political opponents, and judges he’s facing galvanize his supporters. Additionally, ex-GOP Adam Kinzinger has alleged Trump’s emits unpleasant odors. He claims Trump “reeks with several unsavory scents including armpits, ketchup, and butt.”
Hence, anyone possessing morality, absent racism, and earning at least a grade of C in Civics should conclude that Trump’s odorousness and immorality are more disgusting than his characterizations of immigrants. These despicable qualities attributed to Trump not only denigrate the image of the presidency but also the Republican Party if it had any integrity.
Republican Congresspersons and MAGA supporters condoning Trump receiving presidential white privileges are dangerous. Also, for them to overlook his spreading of filthy lies is as contemptuous as harboring and harvesting filthy flies in the White House.
Trump has already packed SCOTUS with six complicit and unethical justices. They’re openly poised to shield him from prosecution for his abuse of power, criminal indictments, and filthy lies. Regardless of his rotten and despicable character flaws, he’s able to inflame and control his followers with racist rhetoric.
Though unimaginable, Trump’s followers appear to be as attracted to his filthy lies as filthy flies swarm toward decaying animal flesh. The obvious questions one should ask are: why does Trump utter filthy lies, and why do his followers listen and believe them? It should constitute a crime for a former or reigning president to spread filthy lies that result in the injury or death of anyone.
Daniel Dale, a CNN analyst, chronicled a list of Trump’s most notable lies. Of which two resulted in the deaths of millions of his devout followers who caught COVID. Remember the following lies: “The coronavirus was under control, disinfectant (bleach) can cure COVID, windmill noise causes cancer, and the infamous filthy lie, he won the 2020 election.
Trump’s most recent filthy lie accused President Biden of ordering him to have been shot during the raid on his Mar-a-Lago Resort. This lie should signal an alert! To prevent radicalization, his Secret Service Agents need to be scheduled immediately for periodic rotations. SCOTUS has already exhibited complicity towards Trump.
Voters should begin to ask, “Just how dangerous is Trump seriously?” Remember, Jim Jones, the charismatic, narcissistic preacher, convinced his followers to drink Kool-aid laced with cyanide. Hundreds died, including Jones. Other past narcissistic, dangerous leaders include Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Saddam Hussein.
Trump has constantly exhibited narcissistic behaviors resembling those of past dangerous leaders mentioned previously. He has an inflated, irrational sense of self-worth, an insatiable need for admiration, and an unapologetic disregard for others, especially women and immigrants.
How is it possible that the world’s greatest and most powerful democracy is again allowing Trump to run for the presidency? He’s a convicted sexual assaulter, labeled a dangerous narcissist, an indicted felon, and a peddler of filthy lies.
Republican Congresspersons have aided Trump both in fear and adulation. The remaining cast includes MAGA supporters, SCOTUS’ six conspirator justices, Judge Aileen Cannon, and a slate of billionaires. But why? Has America’s cornerstones of democracy succumbed to Trump’s narcissism, white privileges, and filthy lies?
