     That said, sleep training is pretty hard, strategically, physically, and emotionally. That’s why there’s a whole cottage industry of high-paid sleep trainers, books, consultants, podcasts, influencers, and so on, who help parents with all this. Recognizing that sleeplessness is a problem for employees to be the most productive, companies like Meta (aka Facebook) have begun subsidizing the cost of sleep training coaching for their workers.

  Unremarkably, though the Founding Fathers were reflective  about democracy’s fate, they chose not to identify the conspirators. But as it would be, America as well as the entire world is witnessing the dismantling of democracy.  Sadly, the prevailing conspirators are former president Trump, Republican Congresspersons, and SCOTUS’  six conspirators.

     In what has since created shockwaves across the nation, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) voted 3-2 for banning noncompete agreements, which goes into effect 120 days after the rule is officially published in the Federal Register. This decision will undoubtedly have significant impact on both employers and employees alike, but what about Black entrepreneurs?
