    Joint PRESERVATION LECTURE HOSTED BY BROWARD HEALTH NORTH

     

    What:              Smile Again! Is joint pain ruling your life? Joint pain can take away your smile and make everyday activities that were once take for granted seem unbearable.  Some common causes of joint pain are osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteonecrosis.  Join us to find out about non-surgical treatments for your painful joints and get your smile back!

     

    Who:               Manish K. Gupta, MD, is a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon at Broward Health North who specializes in surgery of the shoulder, knee and hip, including hip arthroscopy.

     

    Additionally, his training includes treatment of arthritis through minimally invasive primary joint replacements of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Gupta also treats trauma related injuries to adults and adolescents.

     

                            BHN’s Joint Replacement Center is the proud recipient of the Celebration of Achievement in Quality and Service Award, Team Excellence Award and is the first hospital in Broward County to attain Joint Commission Certification for hip and knee replacement.
