    City to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr., with ceremony NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Officials and staff from the City of North Lauderdale will celebrate the incredible life of Martin Luther King Jr., during a ceremony at City Hall Thursday, Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. The ceremony is open to the public and will feature a keynote address by Broward County School Board member Dr. Rosalind Osgood, historical readings, videos and music, all in celebration of one of the most prominent leaders of the Civil Rights movement.
