Micro Preemie Heads Home for the Holidays
After 111 days in the hospital, micro preemie Jaylen is graduating from the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital in Fort Lauderdale and heading home for Christmas!
