Noir Infusion Arts (NIA), an arts organization that celebrates the accomplishments of artists of African descent, is proud to announce its Annual Black Art Brunch, which provides local artists and Black owned businesses the opportunities to showcase their talent and finished works, or products in a fun interactive environment.
