Opinions August 21, 2014Every 20 years there is a Constitutional Revision Commission in Florida Every 20 years, 30 days before the year of the year of the election year, at the start of the legislature session, the members will be picked. The Commission will hold a hearing and examine ways to change the Florida Constitution.
