Noir Infusion Arts celebrates Juneteenth by honoring local Black artists and entrepreneurs
Noir Infusion Arts (NIA), Inc. hosted a Blk Art Brunch: a Juneteenth Celebration at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center. The event, curated by NIA’s founder N.
