Board member earns ‘Mildred Hastings Tenacity Award’

The Congressman used the event to present the 2014 Mildred Hastings Tenacity Award, named in memory of his mother, the late Mildred Hastings, to Palm Beach County School District Board veteran Dr. Debra Robinson.
