BLACKPRESSUSA—Donald Trump has taken direct control of D.C.’s police force, stripping authority from Mayor Muriel Bowser and placing it under Attorney General Tom Cotton. The need and demand for this program has been undeniable. However, since the administration has been banned from implementing its program, the weight of student loan debt has continued to impact the lives of everyday Americans and has proven to have long-term effects on other aspects of their lives including homeownership.
