HBCU basketball’s biggest event picks Baltimore over Charlotte again

Baltimore is expected to win the bid to keep the CIAA Tournament in Maryland through 2029 after Charlotte’s bid fell short. The news was first reported by the Charlotte Business Journal and has been confirmed by HBCU Gameday.
