The South Broward Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. honored Senator Dr. Rosalind Osgood, Florida State Senator for District 32, with the Outstanding Community Service Award. Dr. Osgood shared that it was a pleasure to speak at the inspiring Community Prayer Breakfast this past weekend, where the community came together to uplift and empower one another.
