You might ask yourself, Self, what kind of condition is my condition in?
You can BS me but you can’t BS…Self!
It’s good to know that you’re not all you can be but you’re a helluva lot better than you once were It’s no accident that the song says.

If you Wake Up, Get Up if you See something Speak Up it there’s opportunity Step Up.
But if all you have is complaints and criticism Shut Up!
If your hands are on the oars rowing the boat you don’t have a free hand to rock the boat.
The times we find ourselves in requires us to be our best selves and demand the best from others.
