Vice President Kamala Harris visited the Parkland school mass shooting crime scene today, ahead of the building’s scheduled demolition this summer. Recently, SAO team members and I accompanied her and the victims’ families during this somber visit. I also participated in the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention Roundtable discussion about how to learn lessons from what happened here and prevent future gun related tragedies.
