“Republican and undecided voters have succumbed to Trump’s Radicalized Duped-Syndrome!”  John Johnson II.. 0918/24

     By John Johnson II

Americans have a long history of allowing individuals to dupe them. Thus, a “Duper” is an individual capable of using various verbal or nonverbal tactics, even threats, to convince people to do or even believe something they did not intend to do or consider. Trump used his status,  lies, and political power to dupe millions of followers. Consequently, Trump created a “Radicalized Duped Syndrome” (RD-S).

As President and now as a former President, Trump has increased his ability to condition tens of millions of his followers to become  anti-democratic followers fixated by his “Radicalized Duped-Syndrome.” During his Presidency, Trump threatened Republican Congresspersons and local legislators with being primaried if they failed to adhere to his agenda.  House Speaker Mike Johnson is a prime example of someone impacted by  Trump’s threats and (RD-S).

Again, now, as the former president, he’s used his ground swell of MAGA supporters who’ve succumbed to his “Radicalized Duped-Syndrome” to maintain an iron-clad grip on power. One MAGA supporter, when asked about Trump’s behavior,  affectionately said, “If he knew better, he would’ve done better.” Unbelievable, he thought he’d complimented Trump, his “Duper.”

What are the primary reasons  Republican Congresspersons, voters, and Zealots Evangelicals are susceptible to Trump’s (RD-S)?” Trump has mastered the art, as that of a chameleon,  of presenting an array of racial and religious dogma that appeal to his follower’s feelings of prejudice and hatred.

Once Trump has fed his followers’ depraved egos, lust for power, and superiority complex, they tend to willingly accept policies detrimental to their livelihood, health, safety, and even Democracy itself. Though alarming, Trump has bragged about repealing the  Affordable Health Care and cutting Social Security. Nevertheless, his (RD-S) followers, though negatively affected,  didn’t realize it or care.

Recently, during the nationally televised September 10th  “Debate of Infamy,” Trump openly voiced baseless and racist claims that the immigration problem was out of control because Haitian immigrants were eating dogs and cats.  Subsequently,  followers impacted by his “Radicalized Duped-Syndrome issued bomb threats. These threats led to the evacuations of City Hall and an elementary school in Springfield, Ohio. Regrettably, Haitian immigrants are continually facing threats.

Next, Republican Congresspersons impacted by Trump’s “(RD-S) are threatening to shut down the government unless President Biden agrees to stricter border laws. This  Republican tactic is as dangerous to Democracy as the millions of undecided voters unable to rid themselves of (RD-S).

The antidote to stopping Trump and those suffering from his “Radicalized Duped Syndrome” is voters. A regimen comprising hundreds of millions of Democratic, Independent, and Republican crossover voters must cast their ballots for the Democratic Harris/Waltz Presidential ticket, thus ending  Trump’s Presidential aspirations.

Has Trump’s Radicalized Duped-Syndrome affected your ability to apply critical thinking, execute sound judgment,  distinguish between facts and lies, and use common sense?  What sane President would suggest a person drink bleach as a cure for COVID-19?
