Republican undecided voters often ponder the stark contrast between VP/Presidential candidate Harris, a figure with a stellar career and clear policy positions, and Trump, a convicted felon who continues to be a leading contender for the Presidency. Despite Harris’s well-established profile, Republican and undecided voters portray her as an unknown commodity. This narrative has exploded throughout the Nation as a blatant Racist’s Dog Whistle (RDW) mantra when compared to Trump’s controversial rhetoric.
In politics, dog whistles are coded messages that provoke controversy, fear, and racism. For example, former President Trump at the National Association of Black Journalists convention stated, “Kamala Harris always promoted Indian heritage, so now she wants to be Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?” He also said, “Undocumented immigrants are ‘poisoning the blood of our country.”
Republican Rep. Tim Burchett uses a grotesque (RDW) to describe VP/Presidential candidate Kamala Harris as a ‘D E I’ Vice President, suggesting that she’s unqualified. Increasing numbers of GOP security leaders and once-undecided voters are supporting Harris. Undoubtedly, they’ve also realized that former President Trump was a DE I, a ‘Deranged Elected Imbecile.’
Until now, vice presidents have usually received credit, excellent or poor, for every economic, domestic, or foreign policy the reigning President implemented. Admittedly, the Biden/Harris Administration has achieved passage of monumental legislation ranging from billion-dollar infrastructure projects to prescription drug price reductions. She’s only an unknown to racist dog whistlers!
Vice President Harris not only stood side by side with President Biden but also provided invaluable information, support, and legislative skills. Indeed, her media coverage didn’t rival that of the President. However, her tenacity and involvement ripped craters in the glass ceiling. Now, she’s headed to the White House.
Trump, as the lead “Racist dog whistler,” has attempted to smear her and deny her accomplishments. Yet VP Harris remains undeterred in her commitment to serving the American people. This determination has allowed her to demonstrate to America that she’ll be a formidable Commander-in-Chief.
However, (RDW) and news media report not knowing who she is or what she has done. Well, they should at least know that she isn’t a felon. It remains unimaginable that Trump, a convicted felon, can run for the Presidency of the United States. And this isn’t a (RDW) because Trump’s mugshot is living proof!
The vice president/Presidential candidate has shared her vision/plan for moving America forward, building on what she accomplished during the Biden Presidency. Where there’s no vision, there’s little or no hope. A President like Trump, with only a pessimistic vision, tends to idealize dictators.
During the nationally televised debate, VP/Presidential candidate Kamala Harris demonstrated that she is not shy or reluctant to voice her vision/plan and commitment to the American people. Again, Trump spewed “Racist Dog Whistles.” Regrettably, (RDW) hears but refuses to listen. Remember, hearing is passive; listening is active! MAGA cult followers can’t listen and spew racist dog whistles at the same time.
VP/Presidential candidate Harris has a direct message for the ‘Racist’s Dog Whistlers: ‘I hear each of you, and if you’d stop those dog whistles and join the Harris/Waltz team, together, we can move this Country forward.’ She would close her remarks with a stern but beautiful smile and defiantly say, “Let me be clear: my team doesn’t look backward. And we only make stops to pick up those ready to move forward.’
