    Nicole Nutting and Don Valentine

By Nicole Nutting and Don Valentine

He Said:  Sister, the Impeachment stain on the Trump resume is not the real legacy the Union will live with.  Nicole did you realize his administration has managed to quietly work with the Senate to confirm a historic amount of Federal Judges.  Readers note these are life-time positions. That will be approximately 20 to 40 years of jurisprudence history. Nicole, who do you think is the preponderance of racial cases those judges will review??

She Said: Don, some of the Air Head neighbors we have never cease to amaze me.  If the President you selected had no previous elected office credentials then his weak choices for Federal Judges should not be surprising.  The American Bar Association did not support the resume of almost 10 of the appointed judges. Ballotpedia documented that the Trump people had gotten so pissed off by the nerve of the A.B.A. that they took action. The Trump administration notified the American Bar Association (ABA) on March 17, 2017, that the group would no longer receive special access to background information on judicial candidates prior to their nomination.

A letter to the ABA from White House Counsel Donald F. McGahn II said that all organizations would receive the background information in equal fashion.

He Said: I know what you mean Nicole.  How blatant can this President be. He is quoted in the renowned “Law and Justice” periodical  saying, “ It is up to us to reclaim our heritage of  equal and impartial justice. It is up to us to re-dedicate ourselves to the traditions and wisdom of our Founders.”

Now imagine how many more bodies he could pack on the Federal bench if we don’t act and let him retain a second term!  This is not the election to be lazy and complacent. Real life choices will be in play!!
