Harvey plans to build 5,000 square foot building housing offices, a distillery and restaurant with tasting room in Flagler Village. Plans are underway and construction is anticipated to begin early this year. The successful entrepreneur recently launched Victor George Spirits Vodka, already a favorite in South Florida, will launch statewide and hit the Atlanta, Georgia market February 2019.
