    Arc Broward Announces Several Key New Hires

       FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA  -– Arc Broward announces several key new hires to in support of the organization’s mission to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to realize their full potential.

    David Perez brings 12 years of related experience to his new position as director of development, where he is responsible for managing Arc Broward’s fundraising events and initiatives and developing funding sources, including through grants, sponsorships and legislation. He joins Arc Broward from the Broward Children’s Center in Pompano Beach, where he served most recently as chief development and divisional officer. For nearly a decade, he served as director of marketing and community relations for the United Community Options of South Florida in Miami. In 2024, the Pompano Beach resident was named non-profit executive of the year by the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Perez is an active member of the host committees for Amigos for Kids and Flamingo Gardens Food & Wine. He earned his MBA and bachelor’s degrees from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens.

    Danielle Fallin joins Arc Broward as development operations manager, responsible for the department’s day-to-day operations, including donor communications, grant writing and research and donor administration. A Weston resident, she served most recently as program officer for the International Republican Institute in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for managing relationships with project beneficiaries, company leadership and donors. Prior to that, Fallin held several positions with the Center for Strategic and International Studies in the nation’s capital, including program manager and research associate. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

    Jade Phan brings her extensive experience in event management, social media, marketing and advertising to her new position as marketing and events coordinator. In her new role, she will help plan, execute and manage special events and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote fundraising efforts and improve donor engagement. A Fort Lauderdale resident, Phan held positions with Sarasota’s The O Bar, including sales and marketing director. She also worked as a multimedia producer for WeSolve Properties in Sarasota, where she specialized in editorial, graphic design and brand storytelling. Phan earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

    “We are pleased to welcome David, Dani and Jade, who already are making a positive impact on our organization,” said Arc Broward President and CEO Julie Price. “Arc Broward is fortunate to have a strong and passionate team that works hard to help us meet the growing needs of children and adults with disabilities in our community.”
