Authorities said Sunday that police are investigating a fatal weekend shooting in southwest Arizona that left two people dead and five others hurt, including teenagers. The shooting that occurred Saturday night at a gathering in a Yuma residential area claimed the lives of victims ages 15 to 20. When police arrived just before 11 p.m. local time, they discovered several male gunshot victims. Men aged 19 and 20 were two victims who were taken to the Yuma Regional Medical Center, where they were both declared dead. Before the police arrived on the scene, the 19-year-old victim was taken to the hospital, and the Yuma Fire Department took the 20-year-old victim. The remaining gunshot victims, ages 15, 16, 18, and 19, had no life-threatening injuries. As authorities continue their investigation, a suspect has not yet been apprehended.
