Birth and Death Certificates now available in North area of Broward County
Pompano Beach joins Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood as a third, easy and convenient, walk-in location
BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Effective immediately, application for Birth and Death Certificates will be available at Broward County Health Department’s Hughes Health Center in Pompano Beach. The new office will be open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 8 pm. Hughes Health Center, 205 N.W. Sixth Ave., Pompano Beach, Fla., Pompano Beach joins Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood as a third, easy and convenient, walk-in location for these services.
Birth and Death Certificates are also available a
t Broward County Health Department’s Office of Vital Statistics in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood and through online, phone and mail order.
Walk-In locations include:
· Broward County Health Department Office of Vital Statistics 2421 S. SW Sixth Ave., Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday closed.
· Broward County Health Department Office Vital of Statistics 7999 Pembroke Rd., Hollywood, Fla. Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday closed.
· Broward County Health Department Hughes Health Center – Second Floor 205 N.W. Sixth Ave., Pompano Beach, Fla. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday closed.
· Note: Office hours for the third Friday of each month is 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Offices closed the third Friday of each month.
