    Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Marcia L. Fudge announced Monday the allocation of $5 billion in American Rescue Plan funds for emergency housing vouchers for individuals and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
âRepairing suburban and rural mailboxes improves the appearance of our community and makes delivering and receiving mail safer for our carriers and customers,â said Acting South Florida District Manager Richard Fermo. âThe Postal Service makes this annual request because of the wear and tear that occurs to mailboxes every year.â
