Ms. Briana Whatley, a junior from Miramar High School, won the 2024 Incubate Debate National Championship, claiming first place and a $10,000 prize. The competition was held in Jacksonville, Florida on April 5 – 6, 2024. Briana debated against 88 other high caliber students from across the nation. Incubate National Championship is provided by Incubate partner Open to Debate, the nation’s only nonpartisan, debate-driven media organization dedicated to bringing multiple viewpoints together for a respectful exchange of ideas.
