The Cycle of Life

       When we do that and take our responsibility seriously, we will then be able to give this Earth its natural rhythm back. From the worms to the birds, to the bees and the plants, to the animals in the sea and the ones roaming on the land. We will then care about their habitat and not spray harmful chemicals to get rid of the “weeds”, that are actually healing herbs, in exchange for grass that can’t nourish our bodies because we are unable to process it. These pesticides are chemicals that are killing the insects and killing us slowly. When we tune in to what is going on around us, we will then recognize the seasons of the fruit trees and the flowers and observe the natural cycles in the World that they symbolize, we will then be in rhythm with the divine Cycle of Life. Hillerband + Magsamen Exhibit The Devices at Bailey Contemporary Arts

     The Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department is pleased to announce that an extraordinary array of photographic and video works by the nationally acclaimed creative team of Hillerband + Magsamen will be on display at Bailey Contemporary Arts Center through June 22, 2021. The T.J. Reddick Bar Association and Kaplan Create New Bar Exam Preparation Scholarship for Black Law Students

The T.J. Reddick Bar Association and Kaplan have developed a partnership to increase the number of Black attorneys by creating a scholarship for Black law students. This new scholarship, in the form of bar preparatory courses, will be awarded to eligible rising 2Ls and 3Ls who are members of the Black Law Students Association in South Florida, to help alleviate the financial burdens that Black law students experience while preparing for the bar exam.
