Unless we conduct our analysis in a trauma-informed fashion, we cannot find just and sustainable solutions, nor can we manage to make much sense while acting at the surficial frothy level, where the bloody business is triggering everyone.
When Swedish mechanics working for Tesla walked off the job in late October, their action may not have seemed consequential to most Americans. But, by way of contrast, these workers now powerfully remind us not only of some of the most glaring defects of American labor relations, but also of pathways that can return the U.S. to a greater measure of economic equality and labor justice.
Trump as the 45th president, desecrated America’s presidency. He immediately fashioned himself as a well-dressed, no nonsense, know it all outsider, rich and successful businessman. Yet, he demonstrated extraordinarily little knowledge and leadership skills as a president. Instead of surrounding himself with competent Cabinet members and staff, he recruited incompetent sycophant individuals who lacked integrity. He then, without any fear of Congress, decided to run the government as a proverbial political pimp, criminal, and aspiring dictator (PPCAD).

THE MIDDLE EAST THAT COLONIALISM MADE
What moral universe sanctions my taxes to support the carnage? My government is also the sole member of the UN Security Council to veto an immediate ceasefire in the “holy” land, the latest and saddest variation of American Exceptionalism.
It’s a popular political dance, but Black voters don’t want to creep with the enemies. Buck dance, maybe, for a contribution and a smile.
