      Dennis “Dee Tee” Smith, a co-founder of the legendary group Kool & The Gang, died on Saturday, a representative from his record label confirmed. He was 70 years old. There was no cause of death immediately reported.

   The angelic solo voice of Mrs. Rosa Saulsby has been silenced after being summoned to her heavenly home on July 21, 2021, in Tacoma, Washington.  Born in White Springs, Florida on July 14, 1927, Mrs. Saulsby recently celebrated her 94th birthday.  She came to Fort Lauderdale with her parents, George and Hattie Newsome, and as the second oldest of ten siblings, shouldered many chores and responsibilities usually assigned to adults.
