CeeLo Green’s ‘All I Need Is Love’ — song premiere

After breaking out with a single whose chorus contained an expletive, CeeLo Green has decided to go more of a family-friendly route with the release of his Christmas album CeeLo’s Magic Moment. The “F—k You” singer has collaborated with the likes of Christina Aguilera and Rod Stewart to present his take on some Christmas classics, but the album also features an original track.
For this special song, CeeLo is backed by Disney’s The Muppets to deliver the fun-filled “All I Need is Love” tune just in time for Christmas.
The track details Green’s Christmas wish, which of course revolves around love, peppered with quips from the loveable cast of Muppets.
Though fans may be skeptical of the holiday-themed album, if the original track is any indication, then the CD promises to have the same tight rhythms and catchy hooks that’s made Green a five time Grammy winner. Stream a little bit of holiday cheer below. The album will hit stores on Oct. 30.
