LAUDERHILL — The CSC is expecting to budget up to $35.8 million in FY 26/27 for the Maximizing Out-of-School Time (MOST) 2026 Request for Proposals (RFP). The intent of the MOST 2026 RFP is to provide afterschool and summer programs that enhance academic achievement, support social and physical development, and provide the most inclusive and least restrictive environment where all children can be successful.

The procurement is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS), and responses to this procurement must be submitted through CAPS. Interested parties must access the RFP from the CSC website http://www.cscbroward.org/.

There will be two separate virtual Pre-Bid Conferences via Zoom. The General Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., and a Budget-Specific Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. These will be the only opportunities to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFP. To register for both conferences, please use the following links:

This section must be submitted by the deadline in order to have the ability to submit an RFP application. The deadline for the submission of the “Agency Financial Viability” section is December 11, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.

Completed applications must be submitted through CAPS by 4:00 p.m. on January 13, 2026.  LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
