He is being housed at FCI Elkton, a low-security federal prison in Ohio where three people have already died due to COVID-19. He only has one year of his time left to serve. Imagine having one year left on your bid, making plans for your future, only to die by a virus. We need dramatic action immediately to get 100% of the incarcerated population to safety.
