Announcement

Two new Omicron variants (B4 and B5) have been detected in the US. These variants emerged in South Africa and are thought to be more transmissible than other Omicron variants.

Scientists believe that B4 and B5 may be able to evade the vaccines, however there is no definitive information regarding “immunological escape” at this point.

The Biden administration has issued new warning that the US could see 100 million COVID-19 cases in the Fall and Winter of this year.
