Junction Halls Food and Beverage Incubator is a Free Six-Week Mentoring Opportunity

Digital Grass Innovation and Technology has announced that applications are now open for the Junction Halls Food and Beverage Success Incubator. This free 6-week program will provide comprehensive mentoring programs and marketing support for established food-based businesses, restaurants that have struggled during COVID-19, and entrepreneurs with a great food/beverage concept. The founders of Digital Grass, who manage the “GROW” CEO Space powered by the Pompano Beach CRA, have assembled a seasoned team of restaurant owners, restaurant consultants, marketing experts and business consultants to coordinate the incubator which launches January 19, 2021. Applications are available at https://junctionhalls.com/incubator/.

“The restaurant industry has faced tremendous disruption since COVID-19; however, innovative entrepreneurs have been reinventing their businesses and discovering new paths to success within the food and beverage industry,” said Michael Hall, CEO and co-founder of Digital Grass.  “But navigating this process can be difficult without support.  That is why we established this food and beverage incubator to provide the essential multidisciplinary guidance that is essential for success.”

The Junction Halls Food and Beverage Success Incubator is supported by a grant from the Knight Foundation. The free six-week program features twelve sessions that will be held January 19 as a virtual program. The virtual sessions include group sessions, one-on-one mentoring sessions with restaurant and marketing professions. Junction Halls / GROW is taking 15 applicants for this session.

During the program’s first session, participants were grateful for the trans-formative experience and have been thriving since.

“The progress I was able to make in 6 weeks eclipsed 6 months of work on my own. I am thankful for the Junction Team and especially my friends Michael Hall and Dante Fillyau that have watched and experienced firsthand my entrepreneurial journey,” said Tamilla Mullings, Good 4 You Juice.

“We are forever grateful for the Junction Halls FBSI program. This Christmas break, we continued to have sell out days with our product. We learned so much from our colleagues in this cohort.” Frankie and Wally Henriquez, founders of Frankie and Wally’s which offers ready-to-bake lasagna.

“We are very proud of the work Michael and his team are doing to support the restaurant industry,” said Nguyen Tran, Pompano Beach CRA Director. “And we hope our Pompano Beach-based food and beverage businesses will take advantage of this tremendous opportunity to learn from hospitality and marketing industry leaders.  This incubator program has a proven track record and can provide the strategies necessary to create long-term success.”
