The Haitian American Chamber of Commerce (HAAMCC) is proud to present internationally known folksinger, TiCorn, in concert with BélO on Saturday, March 7th 2020, at 7  p.m. The concert will be held at the NSU Art Museum 1 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Fla., and tickets are at $30 and available at Eventbrite.

TiCorn is an established performing artist of the Caribbean island Haiti. Her colorful career as professional singer / songwriter started 1978 with her first recording LP “Haiti”. Many music productions, concerts, live performances and music videos followed over the years as she became the quintessential Dean of folk music, who performs with a Creole twist that music lovers everywhere can’t seem to get enough of.

In 2019, she performed on stage with the well-known BélO known for his beautiful lyrics, intricate rhythms, skillful guitar accompaniment where both expresses in tunes of joy, laughter and sorrow the deeply poetic soul of a nation which never abandons hope.

For the first time in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, TiCorn and BélO will be together on stage for a unique concert where the public will enjoy a wealth of musical styles and rhythms with smooth and expressive voices expressing the richness of Haitian culture and soulful expression of values in a troubled world.

This event is open to the public and tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite, with the link, https://bit.ly/3a2cTCg. For additional information call (954) 638-8321.
