“CONCEEDING TO A DEMAGOGUE ONLY DEMONSTATES WEAKNESS, WHO WILL ONLY DEMAND MORE CONCESSIONS.” John Johnson II  09/24/25

     By John Johnson II

The fall of Roe v. Wade showed how weaponized misinformation can gut constitutional rights. That same tool is now being turned against free speech. What began as a crusade to control women’s reproductive rights is expanding into a campaign to muzzle dissent, punish satire, and intimidate the media.

Today, misinformation is no longer just lies—it is a weapon designed to criminalize expression. A single joke or late-night skit can be twisted into “evidence” of hostility, forcing networks to fire hosts while scriptwriters remain untouched. The chilling message is clear: it is safer to say nothing than to risk offense.

ABC, a major broadcast network, has already capitulated to this pressure. Driven by MEDIA SILENCERS and the threat of a NUCLEAR MEDIA BLACKOUT—where not only threats to cancel but cancellations by the thousands poured in—ABC was forced to reconsider its own decisions. The revolt was so intense that the network reversed course, and Jimmy Kimmel’s show, once thought doomed, is scheduled to resume airing tonight, September 23, 2025.

This is not grassroots democracy—it is the same tactic that toppled Roe: misinformation wrapped in moral certainty, weaponized to bludgeon rights out of existence. First women’s autonomy was seized; now the First Amendment itself trembles under siege.

If America bows to this pressure, truth will be smothered, comedy muted, and dissent punished. When speech becomes contraband, democracy begins to suffocate. The fall of Roe was the warning. Free speech may be the next casualty.

    YOU BE THE JUDGE!
