Funeral services for the late Cecelia Mae Perry-Flakes, – 75 were held June 21 at Mount Hermon AME Church, with Bishop Adam, J. Richardson, Presiding Prelate officiating. Interment: Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Roy Mizell & Kurtz Funeral Home.
