A Black psychology professor prophesied the incident at the Kids ‘R’ Kids day care in Roswell, Georgia, in which a video appeared to show white children being fed lunch before their Black classmates.
In his 1993 book, The Falsification of Afrikan Consciousness, Dr. Amos Wilson said, “If it arises at some point in the future that whites have to make a decision between feeding their own children and feeding [Black children] irrespective of what laws are on the books, they are going to feed theirs and starve ours.”
White laws don’t respect powerless Blacks. Dr. Wilson explains, “Laws in and of themselves will not protect [Blacks]. Ultimately, it means that we can only protect our rights and interests as a people, not through laws written and enforced by other people, but through the power to prevent other people from having their way with us.
Zebra stripes and racists don’t change.
