Governors drunk with power

Governors must not treat adults with constitutional rights like children with privileges. This means constitutional rights are not privileges to be revoked similar to how a parent revokes their children’s privileges.

The Declaration of Independence states, “Men are endowed by their Creator with the unalienable right of Liberty.” Moreover, Constitutional Amendment 5 states, “No person shall be deprived of liberty without due process of law.” Hence, ordering healthy law abiding citizens to stay home, not work, and go broke is unjust and unconstitutional.  The government of ‘We the People’ has mutated into ‘We the Oligarchy.’

Governors who have become drunk with power are admonished by the words of the Declaration of Independence which state, “Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it.”
