Grammy-award winning singer Le’Andria Johnson, season 3 Sunday Best winner to perform Dec. 23 concert at UTC

MIAMI, FL – Le’Andria Johnson, the Grammy winning artist who gained acclaimed on the popular BET series Sunday Best, will bring holiday cheer to South Florida in a special concert later this month.
Johnson, one of the hottest names in gospel and contemporary gospel music, will perform in concert 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, at Universal Truth Center for Better Living, 21310 Northwest 37 Ave. in Miami Gardens. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
The concert, produced by KVP Productions and Music World Gospel, showcase John-son’s new holiday album, The Experience.
Johnson won Season Three of popular BET show, Sunday Best. Her debut CD, The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson, entered at Number One on multiple music charts, including both the Billboard Top Gospel Albums and the Top Christian/Gospel Albums charts.
The concert is the annual holiday celebration at Universal Truth Center and is designed to bring together all of South Florida to enjoy the season through music, dramatic arts and dance. Other performers include local performers Claudette Cannon, a gospel artist; 11-year-old Elizabeth Kathryn, a singer and song writer; Victor Clairmont, a classically trained vocalist; the Voices of Truth, Children of Truth and the UTC Ensemble, all performance groups from UTC.
The concert is under the direction of Christine Everett Ellis, director of the UTC Creative Expressions Ministry. Tickets are available at the UTC bookstore or website, www.utruthcenter.org.
