It’s perfect for our current COVID-19 conditions. Peter’s Patio, which is a part of Bar ONE, is a 7,000 square foot patio with panoramic waterfront dining, including VIP cabanas on the luxurious Biscayne Bay marina, music, and a giant television screen so guests can enjoy sports and entertainment. The lush, soulful, and chic patio design adheres to safety standards to protect customers and restaurant crew during COVID-19.
“Our waterfront dining makes our customers feel comfortable, and they feel safer outside rather than inside,” said Thomas. “We have more than 7,000 square feet of patio space, and everyone can social distance all day long with the 100-seat restaurant on the patio.”
Peter’s Patio ensures safety while guests enjoy delicious food, signature craft cocktails, and an amazing ambiance. Bar ONE Miami Beach is complying with all of the sanitary and social-distancing rules from Miami Beach.
“These last few months have been challenging for many across the nation, especially here in Miami, where COVID-19 cases are at a record high. At Bar ONE Miami Beach, we want to continue to offer a small bit of normalcy and comfort via our 4,000 square foot patio with waterfront dining,” added Thomas. “To do so, we have and will continue to adhere to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness to help ensure the health and well-being of the Bar ONE’s crew and customers. My main goal is to ensure Bar ONE crew and customers feel safe and welcome at all times.”

In addition to the celebrity-sightings and breathtaking views such as Biscayne Bay, Star Island, and Downtown Miami’s skyline, guests also have the option to rent a Yacht ONE to dock and dine, have dinner catered, or schedule a day charter to Bar ONE Miami Beach. Yacht ONE is a state of the art luxurious 55-foot yacht that includes surround sound with Bluetooth/aux connection; two master bedrooms; a guest bedroom; two full bathrooms; kitchen; and front, back, and inside seating areas with two tanning sections.

Bar ONE Miami Beach has implemented process changes and has moved judiciously with guidance provided by Miami Beach. Some of the new procedures and guidelines for Bar ONE include:
- Customers are required to dine on the 7,000 square foot patio rather than indoors.
- Seating and tables have been rearranged to accommodate social distancing.
- High touch surfaces and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized with increased frequency.
- Rigorous, hourly hand-washing routines are in place for employees.
- Continued care efforts, including crew members wearing masks or face coverings and gloves have been mandated.
