Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  There is something wrong with the judicial system when an ex-president can have 3 indictments, 2 impeachments and still run for president. When the ex-president has 78 charges, and Ex- President Donald Trump is operating as if he has broken no laws, how should the country react?

Should the Republicans call this a witch hunt, and say the ex-president has not broken any laws? Maybe the justice Department is keeping the leading Republican candidate for president from being allowed to win.

On the other hand, the Democrats have no idea what to believe or do, so they say nothing. Democracy is being challenged everyday and President Biden is also very quiet.

Former president Trump is facing a total of 78 charges across three criminal cases. They include 44 federal charges and 34 state charges, all of them felonies in three jurisdictions. Trump has denied wrongdoing in each case.

The most severe federal charges are those related to obstruction, which is punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment. President Trump was released on bond under strict rules after not-guilty plea to election conspiracy charges.

Everything about these 3 criminal cases is gangster, and it appears that Trump was breaking the law, and he did not care. A trial and conviction based on any of the 3 criminal cases could create violence in the country. The Republicans and the MAGAs have confidence that Trump was mistreated, and they must rally around their leader.

Just as the Republicans rallied around Trump when the FBI searched his estate at Mar-a-Largo, now a larger group of Trump supports feel the need to rally around the ex-president. For the third time this year Trump is being arraigned on criminal charges.

Ex-president Trump pleaded not-guilty to four felonies relating to efforts to overturn the 2020 election and remain in power, among them conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an official proceeding and conspiracy against the right to vote.

All of these charges are unprecedented in the history of the country, and the extremist groups appear to be getting stronger, and Trump is a martyr. Trump has the conservatism groups, and White Nationalist hate groups working together to make America great again. This is a code word to make America racist again.

ā€œWhen you look at what’s happening, this is a persecution of a political opponent. This was never supposed to happen in America. This is the persecution of the person that’s leading by very, very substantial numbers in the Republican primary and leading Biden by a lot. So if you can’t beat him, you persecute him. We can’t let this happen in America,ā€ says former President Trump.

Trump is now using the victim card, and the more he is attacked, the more the Republications, the MAGAs, and White folks get behind their leader. Violent groups and individuals are drawn to Trump because he does not reject them and he believes in their ideologies. Many groups are anti-government, and they are comfortable breaking the law.

Finally Trump has stated; ā€œIf you go after me, I’m coming after you.ā€ This is the ultimate for a gangster to threaten witnesses, judges, attorneys, and other associated with legal matters against him. The question must be raised, is Trump a gangster?

When the ex-president has the audacity to threaten the United States judicial system, he should be put in jail. On January 6 Trump helped incite an insurrection, he should be put in jail. There are now 964 people who have been arrested and charged, Trump should be in jail.

In all probability, if Trump was found guilty in any of the charges, he would not spend a day in jail. The system is set up for the rich and powerful to win.
