David Powell  is the beloved husband of Ms. Sarina West (The Post and Courier); the father of Takala Wagner, DaMya Powell and David Powell, Jr.; son of Mr. Willie Powell and the late Mrs. Beverlyn Bain Powell; brother of Mr. Willie Powell, Jr. and the late Mr. Harold Bain; son-in-law of Dec.
