School Board member Dr. Steve Gallon III hosts monthly student recognition at Miami Norland Senior High School

School Board Member Dr. Steve Gallon III held his monthly Student Recognition Ceremony at Miami Norland Senior High School. Students, parents, teachers, and administrators attended the celebration designed to recognize the success of students in District 1.
Students were honored for turn around, academic achievement, attendance, generosity, improvement in iReady, and showing a positive attitude in the pursuit of learning. Each student received a certificate of achievement, a personalized medallion, a personalized backpack, and two free tickets to the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition.
