During this time it may be hard to stay active; however, staying active especially during this time is very important for your health.

To stay active you can workout at home, walk in your neighborhood, or  ride your bike. Anything to stay active is great for health.

You can play sports with your children or your siblings. Staying active is really a must during this time because sitting around the house and not working out is unhealthy and can lead to health issues or even weight gain.

We have so much time on our hands – why not take advantage of it? So, get up and get fit.
